What Are Spammers Trying to Accomplish With This?

Here is an email that I receive frequently. Even if it was written by some housewife in Bangledesh and only cost the spam company 1 cent it is still ridiculous. Why would ANYONE ever do ANYTHING with this email aside from deleting it? It doesn’t even make sense. Maybe there is some technical reason for the garbage at the end of it to get it past spam filters. If you work as a professional spammer I would love to hear why they/you do that you lousy jackass.
